This is a Crap post.
The files have a password which is not provided.
Even so, I have checked to find that the full disribution of VS6EE is 614 MB as an ISO file, so even the total RAR size cannot be as small as 263MB.

As for the content, I take my earlier comment back (Which I wrote out of frustraion, thruth be told). These 3 little files unpack to an amazing 604MB. VS6EE is very much present within the archive. Its just amazing how much compression is possible on these files withut the ISO wrapper.
